Inclusive Sleep is a specialised consultancy created to support neuroatypical babies and children, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, developmental delays, or other unique profiles. Our approach is grounded in science, sensitivity, and respect. We combine educational guidance with individualised strategies that consider your child’s specific needs, age, and developmental stage — always focusing on comfort, connection, and realistic progress. Whether you’re struggling with bedtime resistance, frequent night waking, or sensory overstimulation, our goal is to help you create a peaceful, predictable, and safe sleep environment for your child — one that nurtures both rest and relationship. How it works You’ll start by completing an exclusive evaluation form, helping us understand your child’s sleep patterns, challenges, and family routine. Next, you’ll have a 30-minute initial consultation with our paediatric sleep expert for a comprehensive assessment and to outline priorities. This is followed by a 90-minute main video consultation, where we explore your child’s sensory profile, emotional regulation, and routine. Together, we’ll create a tailored sleep plan with practical steps suited to your family’s lifestyle and your child’s individual rhythm. You’ll then receive daily support via WhatsApp (Monday to Friday) for four weeks, ensuring continuous, close guidance as we implement adjustments together. Each week, you’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session to celebrate progress, refine strategies, and ensure you feel confident at every stage. Finally, we’ll conclude with a wrap-up consultation to review results, address final questions, and prepare you for continued success on your child’s sleep journey.
