Infant Sleep FAQs

Questions? Get in Touch

Gentle answers to the questions families ask most.

What age group do you work with?

We support babies and children from birth to around ten years old, including newborns, toddlers, and older children who need help with healthy sleep habits.
Each plan is personalised to your child’s age, stage, and developmental needs.

Do you use the “cry it out” method?

No — never.
Our approach is gentle, respectful, and evidence-based.
Through the L.O.V.E. Method we help families create lasting sleep improvements without leaving babies to cry alone.

How does the consultation process work?

Once you book your consultation, you’ll complete a detailed sleep assessment form to help me understand your baby’s routine and sleep patterns.
You’ll then meet online with the Sleep Specialist for a personalised video consultation, where your’ll discuss your challenges, goals, and step-by-step strategies to support your baby’s rest.
Depending on your chosen package, you’ll also receive a customised sleep plan, ongoing support, and follow-up sessions to review progress.

Do you offer support for neurodivergent children?

Yes.
We work closely with families of neurodivergent children, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or developmental differences.
In our service Inclusive Sleep we apply strategies that are always adapted to each child’s needs, respecting their rhythm, communication, and comfort.

How long does it take to see results?

Every baby and family is unique, but most families notice improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks.
The process is gradual and respectful — focused on creating lasting, gentle change rather than quick fixes.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

You can explore our different sleep consultation packages on the website.
If you’re unsure, book a free discovery call — we’ll talk about your baby’s sleep and find the plan that best suits your family’s goals and rhythm.

Do you provide support after the consultation?

Yes! Depending on your chosen package, you’ll have daily WhatsApp support or e-mail support, follow-up sessions, or the option to add extra support weeks for ongoing guidance.
You’ll never be left feeling alone — I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Do you work with international families?

Yes — We support families around the world in both English and Portuguese.
All consultations take place online, and time zones are coordinated to fit your schedule wherever you are.

What if I’ve already tried everything and nothing works?

That’s exactly why we're here.
Most families we work with have already tried multiple approaches before finding a plan that truly fits.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s really happening, simplify the process, and create a calm, personalised path forward — with science, empathy, and love guiding every step.
