Payment & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to make any changes within this period, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. This policy helps us accommodate all families and maintain the high standard of our services. Payment for all sessions will be processed 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment using the payment method provided at the time of booking.
